We take responsibility for our patients and our actions. We take the patient and his complaints seriously. Patients treated with us always have the possibility to contact us with problems in order to find a solution together. For us, responsibility means always safeguarding the interests of the patient and taking them into account when choosing therapies. This may also mean that we do not recommend surgery if we believe that the patient does not benefit from therapy. Should we not be able to help a patient ourselves, we try to show him/her a solution for his/her problem.

For us, responsibility means more than just responsibility for our patients and our medical actions. We also want to take responsibility as part of our society and help those who need help more urgently than everyone else. For this reason, as a partner practice of “MSF”, we are permanently supporting the medical aid for people in need through natural disasters or wars.
