Our history
Vis-à-vis the Chamber of Commerce and Deutsche Bank, between Villa Clementine and the Naussauischer Kunstverein, our practice for vein treatments has been in Wiesbaden since 1997. It is located in a villa built at the end of the 19th century on Wilhelmstrasse, or "Rue", as Wiesbaden's most famous street is still known.
in 2015, the practice was taken over by Dr. Jochen Peter, who had previously worked as a senior physician at the renowned Frankfurt University Hospital. He developed the practice into today's vein center and introduced modern procedures such as radio waves and vein glue.

Specialist for vascular surgery
Studied in Mainz and Marburg. Worked in vascular surgery at the renowned Frankfurt University Hospital. established own practice in 2015, specializing in minimally invasive varicose vein treatments.
Specialist for surgery (ang.)
Studied in Mainz. Many years as a surgeon at Hildegardis Hospital and the Catholic Clinic in Mainz. Special training in ultrasound and phlebology. At the Phlebicum since 2020.
Specialist in transfusion medicine, hemostaseology
Decades of senior management at the University Hospital Düsseldorf. Author of more than one hundred scientific publications. Since 2018 with own coagulation practice in the Phlebicum.

Studied in Mainz. Trained in anesthesiology, intensive care medicine and emergency medicine at Darmstadt Hospital. Responsible for the good and safe sleep of our patients.

Studied in Serbia. Many years of vascular surgery and scientific work at the Surgical Clinic of the University of Thessaloniki. Senior physician for vascular surgery in Vienna. Special experience in minimally invasive therapy with thermal procedures. At the Phlebicum since 2023.

We want the best possible treatment outcome for our patients and therefore place particular emphasis on individual consultation and diagnostics.
Dr. Jochen Peter has many years of experience in the treatment of vein diseases, including modern procedures such as laser, radio wave and vein glue.
He shares his experience as a speaker and course leader, for example at the West German Vascular Symposium. He is also scientifically active and publishes articles in recognized specialist journals such as Phlebology. Dr. Peter is a board member of the Professional Association of Registered Vascular Surgeons and was also a member of the board of the German Society for Vascular Surgery and Vascular Medicine until 2022.
We are happy to take care of your concerns in Wiesbaden or Rüsselheim, for private patients and self-payers also in Mainz. Outpatient operations are possible in Wiesbaden and Mainz.
